Working via Moneypenny
Moneypenny’s flexible assistants and specialists are highly trained (50% have college/master degrees, 50% community college degrees) and have an average of fifteen years of experience. Many candidates registered in our database combine work with family care, hobbies and other activities. Flexibly oriented, they derive a maximum output from their time, for instance by working outside office hours. If you recognize yourself, perhaps working via Moneypenny is something for you.
Contract and agreements
When you work for one of our customers, you do this at their office, from home or both. There are two types of contracts (for Dutch residents only):
- You work on a temporary placement contract. This is used for most assignments.
- Your work as a self-employed worker. You can download here (in Dutch) our conditions for self-employed workers.
You will work very independently in both cases. You will be confronted with high quality standards and very strict deadlines for handing in your work. Of course, you yourself determine the amount of work and indicate weekly the days you are available and for how many hours. However, we must be able to rely on your commitments at all times
Moneypenny as an employer
Moneypenny is not like your usual employer. Moneypenny, you and the customer have a triangle form of relationship whereby the three parties each have clearly defined responsibilities. You yourself determine whether you wish to work and, subsequently, compete for the jobs Moneypenny has on offer. The best candidate gets the work. This means that Moneypenny follows the no work/no pay principle.
We expect you to have an enterprising approach. We also require you to always communicate clearly, both with your principal and with us. We shall hold you accountable for the result. If you wish to work from home, your home office will have to meet our requirements for a professional home office. In order to ensure that all our flexible co-workers maintain the same high standards we shall expect you to attend our training meetings a few times a year.
Partner Programme
Moneypenny is more than just a link between clients and employees. We form a platform for the New World of Work and are constantly looking for ways to help find flexible jobs for well-trained professionals. You can contribute to this yourself. If we have no specific job for you, you can still go to work for Moneypenny for instance by trying to get assignments whereby you will get a share of the profit if successful.

Virtual colleagues
No matter where and when you work via Moneypenny, you are bound to have many virtual colleagues. Via the Moneypenny Meetingpoint, the intranet for everyone registered with us, you are able to contact your colleagues. It will also keep you informed of new interesting features and new assignments, hour registration and so on.
Registration
Before you register please be aware that there are more candidates in our database than the number of jobs (from home) available. Therefore, there is no guarantee that you will get to work via Moneypenny.
