Moneypenny offers two solutions for a streamlined customers service: a flexible deployment of individual co-workers and teams, and the implementation of the NWW into our own customer contact center. Following you will read more on these solutions.
Flexible deployment of individual medewerkers and teams
Moneypenny is your partner for the handling of inbound telephone- and/or email traffic, the handling of complaints and the updating and replenishing of address files. We take on both small and large projects, structurally as well as on an ad-hoc basis in order to deal with peaks or backlogs.
We always start from the principles of the New Way of Working when carrying out such orders. If the work is performed at a principal’s office, we use self- scheduling for our co-workers. We prefer to work with a home-based contact center concept, whereby our workers use your system while working from home or our own ICT-infrastructure. In both cases we can either deploy individual co-workers on hourly rates or have them work in teams whereby Moneypenny takes over the management and if desired, the account is settled on piece work basis.
